Disney serves as Vice President of T. Disney Trucking, a Florida-based company specializing in hauling services that support construction, infrastructure, asphalt, aggregate, debris, and related materials movement throughout the state.

Founded more than 40 years ago, T. Disney Trucking has built a strong reputation as a trusted regional provider serving Florida’s construction industry. As a second-generation executive and operational leader, Disney oversees the daily operations, customer relationships, and continued growth of the family-owned business. Additionally, he serves as President of VLJ Construction Services, Inc., a subcontracting company providing asphalt paving, concrete recycling, and hauling services.

A native of Fort Myers, Disney has deep Southwest Florida ties and currently resides in the Tampa Bay area. His appointment is an important milestone for INB, reflecting the bank’s continued growth and investment in Florida.

“I’m honored to join INB’s Board at such an exciting time for the bank,” Disney said. “Having spent my career working with contractors, customers, and communities across Florida, I understand the importance of having a trusted financial partner that is invested in local success. I look forward to helping INB expand its presence in Florida and supporting its mission of serving families and businesses.”

Disney brings extensive experience in the construction and logistics industries, along with firsthand insight into day-to-day execution, contractor relationships, and continuous process improvement through high-demand conditions. Following Hurricane Ian in 2022, he helped with logistics and hauling efforts to support recovery and help restore infrastructure across Southwest Florida, including work on Sanibel Island.

"Florida continues to be an important growth market for INB, and we're committed to investing in experienced local leadership and long-term relationships,” said Sarah Phalen, President and CEO of INB. "Stephen's knowledge of Florida businesses and communities will strengthen our Board and help guide our continued growth throughout the state."

INB has continued expanding its presence throughout Florida by building a team of experienced bankers with deep roots in the communities they serve. Disney's appointment further reinforces the bank's commitment to local leadership and long-term investment in the state.

"Florida businesses want to know they're working with a bank that understands this market and is committed to being here for the long haul," said Allen Brinkman, Florida Market CEO for INB. "Stephen is highly respected throughout Florida's business community, and his appointment demonstrates that INB is building its future here with local leadership, local knowledge, and relationships that have been earned over time."

Today, INB serves clients throughout Florida through experienced commercial banking, treasury management, and lending professionals located across the state. INB’s Board of Directors provides strategic leadership and governance as the bank delivers relationship-focused commercial and personal banking services across Illinois, Missouri, and Florida.
