INB is celebrating 2022 first quarter service anniversaries.
Commemorating 15 years of service this quarter are Betsy Norvell and Andy Roselle.
Melissa Guy has completed 10 years of service.
Employees celebrating five years of service include: Naomi Salter, Bonnie McDonald, Ashley Pond, Chris Thoennes, Emily Slightom, and Gregg Formigoni.

Favorite part about working at INB: My favorite thing about working at INB is the friendships I have acquired over the past 15 years with both associates and customers. Working in a small town being nine miles from my home means less stress, too.
Three things I can’t live without: my family: hubby, two sons, a grandson, and soon granddaughter.
Andy Roselle

Favorite part about working at INB: My favorite part about working at INB is working with my fellow workers and our positive, helping culture. We have quite a team here at INB, and we work very hard at making things happen for our customers.
Favorite vacation destination: My family’s favorite summer vacation place is Hilton Head Island; we have gone there every summer for the past 15 years. We just love the beach and the laid-back atmosphere.

Favorite part about working at INB: I can’t just pick one favorite part about working at INB. I love the fact that INB feels like family – we are all here to accomplish a common goal and help each other along the way. At INB, we truly care about our customers and help them anyway we can. They are not just a loan or a number to us. We know them by name, and we sometimes know their family.
Three things I can’t live without: Dunkin Donuts iced coffee, Mexican food and NCIS

Favorite part about working at INB: My favorite part about working at INB is the satisfaction of knowing I made a difference in our customer’s experience with INB. Nothing is more gratifying than to know someone left feeling better and more uplifted than when they walked in – to be able to fulfill their expectation and more – walking out with a smile on their faces.
Favorite vacation destination: My ultimate vacation is to make it someday to Bora Bora, but I did finally make it to NYC. I have been wanting to go for about 10 years, but for whatever reason, it kept being put on hold. I absolutely fell in love with the city. I don’t want to live there, but it was fantastic to visit.

Favorite part about working at INB: My favorite part of working for INB is the support of my co-workers and management. They are always willing to help with whatever needs doing that makes my life and my job so much easier, which makes going to work a much nicer experience. I’ve not always had this with past employment, so I really appreciate it.
Favorite cocktail: My favorite cocktail is a frozen margarita! LOVE them!

Favorite part about working at INB: My favorite part about working at INB is the opportunities I have to learn new things. I’ve only been with INB for a short time, but I feel like I already know so much more about banking and the financial industry from my coworkers and the projects I have been able to be a part of.
Favorite restaurant: My favorite restaurant is hands down Leo’s Pizza in Jacksonville. I always have to order the taco pizza – it’s the best of both worlds, tacos and pizza!

Favorite part about working at INB: One of my favorite parts about working at INB is our collaborative culture. While our clients often have a main contact at the bank, their satisfaction is ultimately the result of many people working together. We recognize and value this collaboration at INB, which I believe has been key to enabling success and innovation as we’ve grown.
Favorite vacation destination: Any day on the beach is better than any day in the office, but Siesta Key, FL has been my favorite for as long as I can remember. Originally a family-favorite destination from my youth, Siesta Key has continued to be the go-to vacation destination for my siblings and now that we have families of our own. The white sand beaches and low-key atmosphere can’t be beat.

Favorite part about working at INB: The people. Everyone does their best to support each other, and it makes us a better team.
Favorite cocktail: I love a good amaretto sour. I like to make one after work while I make dinner.
Gregg Formigoni

Favorite part about working at INB: My favorite parts of working for INB are the people, the culture and the location – in that order. I am lucky to work with a team who is smart, hard-working, and quick with a smile. The mortgage business can be stressful, so we work hard and laugh often! I started my career in banking over 30 years ago, working in downtown Springfield. It’s fitting for me to come full circle and be back downtown with all of its charm and character. Lastly, INB offers a culture that is welcoming and supportive with a senior management team that is engaged and approachable.
Favorite restaurant: I like it spicy, so the easy choice is the Magic Kitchen or Thai Kitchen 2, where I always default to the Chili Paste Chicken (Medium).
