Cash flow is the name of the game for Brian Hintz. When it comes to his career, Brian is passionate about making sure businesses manage their cash flow efficiently so they can thrive.
“When we listen to our clients’ needs, we can tailor solutions to create financial workflow efficiencies for businesses and offer our experience to help businesses achieve their desired outcomes,” he says.
Brian has recently joined the INB team in our Chesterfield, MO, office as vice president, treasury sales. He will be partnering with commercial relationship managers to cultivate more efficient processes regarding cash flow, payables and other treasury services.
A Career in Treasury Management
Brian received his Bachelor of Science degree in business Administration, with a management minor, from Columbia College.
He has spent the last 28 years in banking, all in positions related to treasury management. His career started in remittance processing operations, and he’s also worked in treasury support, product management and development, sales, and management roles.
Brian was drawn to INB after he got the opportunity to meet INB’s executive leadership team and learn more about the bank’s history, growth and vision.
“I gained an understanding of how the bank came to be and the direction we are heading,” he says. “I greatly appreciate the focus on technology, particularly in the treasury management segment. That makes INB a very competitive force in the markets we serve.”
Full Schedule of Family Activities
Brian has lived in the St. Louis area for 40 years, and he and his wife Michele have six kids ranging from ages 23 to 7.
When he’s not at the office or meeting with businesses about their treasury needs, he’s got a full schedule off the clock. In addition to attending his own kids’ sports and activities, Brian enjoys playing golf and bowling in a weekly league. He also looks forward to preparing a big family dinner every Sunday evening.
