This marks United Way’s fifth year of hosting Days of Action and INB’s fifth year of participating in these days of doing hard work for service agencies in our community. United WayDay of Action - blog holds the events in the spring and fall, at least a dozen of our 200 employees show up each time to do whatever they’re asked to help with. Each project has shown us the importance of being in the trenches when it comes to community service.  And each event has brought the INB team closer together after an afternoon of shared experience. Even the tales of poison ivy and heating pads hasn’t stopped the generous spirit of the people I work with every day.
