Ashlie Midiri has been dancing since she was three years old and continued on to dance competitively in high school and college.

Now she is spreading that same love of dancing to children around the community with the opening of Studio M Dance Centre in Chatham.

The studio offers a “little bit of everything,” Midiri said. The most popular class is hip-hop, which is offered for both adults (with a cardio focus) and kids. Studio M also holds ballet, tap, creative movement, jazz, and Mommy and Me classes, as well as a class called Chance 2 Dance for dancers with special needs.

Through the summer, Studio M hosted several week-long dance camps both during the day and in the evenings.
