The Sangamon County Circuit Clerk and INB are holding a community outreach event with “Get your Passport Event” at our North Dirksen branch located at 2450 N. Dirksen Pkwy, Springfield, on March 11, 2023 from 9 a.m. to noon. 

Community outreach events are back!  Get your passport at INB. 

We’ll process paperwork and snap passport photos on Saturday, March 11, 2023 at the INB North branch from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. 

Please bring with you:

1. Certified copy of birth certificate (no photocopies or hospital certificates)
2. Valid photo ID
3. Approved passport photo or we can snap your photo
4. Certified copies of court orders for name change, custody or adoption decrees
5. Separate checks for money order to pay applicable fees.
