For the fifth straight year, INB, along with the Illinois Pork Producers, sponsored the State Journal-Register's Capital Region High School Sports Awards show which aired online on Wednesday. The list of winners follows:

• Boys Soccer Player of the Year: Carter Formea, Springfield High
• Girls Soccer Player of the Year: Ella Gorrie, Chatham Glenwood
• Boys Golfer of the Year: Dain Richie, South County/New Berlin
• Girls Golfer of the Year: Karlie Schnepp, Rochester
• Boys Cross Country Runner of the Year: Chris Cherry, Taylorville
• Girls Cross Country Runner of the Year: Colleen Zeibert, Rochester
• Boys Tennis Player of the Year: Noah Williams, Springfield High
