Since 2014, INB has donated over $8,500 to local charities feeding the hungry during the holiday season. We hope to top the $10,000 mark as we cheer on high school football this fall.
INB is once again sponsoring Touchdowns for the Tables, a partnership with Sports Radio 1450 and BOB-FM 93.7. For every point scored at the 21 football games broadcast on the radio stations, INB will make a $1 donation to divide between three organizations. These charities help assure everyone in our community has food during the holiday season.
Touchdowns for the Table proceeds will support:
Friend-in-Deed, a signature program in the Springfield community providing food at Christmas to needy families in the Springfield area.
Kids Café, Feeding children ages 2 – 17 both after school and in the summer. This is a program of the Central Illinois Foodbank.
St. Martin de Porres, providing food to over 140 families each day it is open.
