We’re always working to improve your online banking experience. And in our world of “instant” everything, it’s no surprise you want the money associated with your mobile deposits to be readily available. From a regulatory perspective, deposits made through the mobile channel aren’t subject to the same availability as deposits made at a branch. But since we take our customers and our technology seriously, we have enhanced our digital banking service to give most customers quicker access to mobile deposits.
Before 6 p.m. Monday through Friday
We’ve extended business day cut off to 6 p.m. for same-day credit. So if you make a mobile deposit before 6 p.m. each weekday, in most cases your funds will be immediately available. When your deposit is approved in this way, you’ll see “pending” next to the deposit, which means it is available to use.
If your deposit isn’t approved for immediate availability, you won’t see the “pending” indicator; but don’t worry! We’ll review these deposits frequently during business hours, and they’ll be credited as soon as we review and approve them; you’ll see “pending” next to a deposit when we’ve approved it.
Nights, Weekends and Holidays
Most mobile deposits made after 6 p.m. or on weekends and holidays will show as pending in your account. Like weekday deposits, these funds will immediately be available. For deposits that aren’t automatically approved, we’ll review them on our next business day, and you’ll see the “pending” status as soon as we’ve approved them.
