Cami Gibertini,

SVP, Business Solutions

When Cami Gibertini saw women in top leadership positions at INB – led by longtime CEO Sarah Phalen – she knew she’d found something rare in the banking world. With a passion for empowering women herself, Cami was excited to join INB.

Cami now serves as SVP, Business Solutions for INB Tampa, supporting commercial clients with INB Treasury products and services that allow them to operate their businesses in the most efficient way possible.

Cami has lived in the Tampa Bay area since her father retired from the MacDill Air Force Base in 1986 and her family settled there. She started her career in banking while taking college classes and decided to focus on immersing herself in the banking industry.

Over her decades-long banking career, she’s had the opportunity to attend three prestigious three-year graduate level banking schools, including the Florida School of Banking at University of Florida, the Retail Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin at Madison, and the Stonier Graduate School of Banking at the University of Pennsylvania with a certification of completion in the Wharton’s Leadership Program.

Cami and her husband are parents to two grown children, Haley and Ryan. The family enjoys frequent trips to Disney World in Orlando and spending time together at their condo on the beach. Cami also loves trading the Florida scenery for visits to Montana, which she describes as her “happy place and God’s country.”

Cami enjoys listening to leadership podcasts and reading leadership and historical fiction books; getting together with friends in her monthly book club is a highlight. A lifelong fitness buff, she also loves to participate in local 5Ks and attend group fitness classes at her local Y. She’s a big supporter of the Peloton community and rides her bike and takes barre classes regularly.

Giving back to her community has always been a central part of Cami’s life and career.

She currently serves as:

  • Immediate Past President of the Board of Directors and Finance Committee member for the Girl Scouts of West Central Florida
  • Active member of the Rotary Club of Tampa
  • Board member on the Campo Family YMCA
  • Advisory member of the Women’s Business Center in Tampa
  • Active member of the Leadership Tampa Alumni Association

She also facilitates a financial literacy program for nearly 100 young college women each year at the Women’s Conference of Florida in Tampa. “It’s my personal passion to help young women make good, educated financial decisions now to have the best financial future possible,” she says.
