Lauren Hall serves as Assistant Vice President and Treasury Support Manager at INB, where she leads the Treasury Support team and oversees INB’s treasury management implementations, client onboarding, and operational initiatives that support treasury services. In this role, she manages treasury projects, collaborates across departments to enhance processes and client solutions, and provides training for treasury sales and support staff while helping businesses utilize INB’s digital banking platform.

Lauren began her career in banking more than 25 years ago and has gained extensive leadership and treasury management expertise at both INB and U.S. Bank. Through roles ranging from branch manager to deposit product specialist, she has built strong expertise in retail banking leadership, treasury product implementation, commercial banking support, and client relationship development.

“Being able to provide sound advice and expertise has made me very passionate about my career choice. I love being part of my customers’ lives,” she says.

Lauren earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in finance from the University of Illinois Springfield and is an Accredited ACH Professional (AAP).

Over the years, she’s also been devoted to community service, serving on the Board of Directors for Best Buddies Illinois and chairing the organization’s annual fundraising walk. She has volunteered as a mentor through the Big Brothers Big Sisters Mentor 2.0 program and is a graduate of the Greater Springfield Chamber of Commerce Leadership Springfield program.

Outside of work, Lauren spends her time with family, traveling, playing golf, and attending craft fairs and shows under her vendor name, Happily Ever Crafter. “I love seeing and doing things I’ve never done before. Life is an adventure!” she says.
