Gil Rosado has built his career around one simple principle: banking is about relationships. As Vice President, Business Solutions for INB Miami, Gil combines more than 30 years of experience in banking with a strong focus on building lasting client relationships.

Originally from Cayey, Puerto Rico, and raised in Rochester, NY, Gil got his start in banking as a college student working as a teller. What began as a summer job quickly grew into a lifelong career, taking him from underwriting and collections to leadership roles with HSBC in Orlando and Miami.

In his role at INB, Gil describes himself as a hybrid between treasury management and business development, helping businesses access financial tools and services that support their growth and success.

When he’s not working with clients, you’ll likely find Gil on the golf course — “I joke that I was forced to play at first, and now it’s an obsession,” he laughs.

He and his wife also enjoy spur-of-the-moment cruises from South Florida, and family time is especially meaningful: their daughter serves as a Navy Lieutenant Commander, while their son has turned his love of golf into a career as a PGA teaching professional. Gil is also active in his condo association, local chambers, and professional groups like Florida ACG Capital Connection.
