Ryan McGuire,

SVP, Commercial Banking, Missouri

Born and raised in St. Louis, Ryan McGuire is a 2002 graduate from Truman State University and began his banking career in 2006. Over the years, he has gained experience across many facets of the banking industry, primarily focusing on commercial and industrial businesses, as well as middle market businesses.

Today, Ryan serves as Senior Vice President, Commercial Banking at INB St. Louis, where he partners with business owners and leadership teams to support growth, manage cash flow, and strengthen overall financial performance.

“I was drawn to INB by the strong team atmosphere combined with making banking easy,” he shares. “I’ve been committed to simplifying banking throughout my career, and customers expect decisions to be made using common sense.”

Ryan is married to Danielle, and together, they have three daughters. Ryan devotes significant time as a soccer coach for an all-girls select club, AFA Fillies, where he coaches three teams: nine-year-olds, high school sophomores, and juniors. He also shares his financial expertise by serving as treasurer on the Board of Directors of the local Children's Miracle Network organization.
