Hannah Scoles,

Interactive Video Teller

Hannah Scoles’ interest in banking was sparked during a job fair while she was in high school. She honed her financial skills first as a bookkeeper at County Market in Pana, Illinois. When a job opportunity came up later at INB, she jumped at the chance to join the team.

Hannah now serves as an Interactive Video Teller for INB’s Customer Care Center, providing live video assistance to customers through the bank’s Interactive Teller Machines. Her initial interest in banking as a student has proven to be an excellent fit.

“I love the atmosphere at INB and all of the people. Everyone is willing to help and teach,” Hannah shares.

Hannah grew up in Moweaqua before moving to Emden and eventually ending up in Pana, where she graduated from Central A&M in 2024. Outside of work, she enjoys baking and is often experimenting with new recipes in her kitchen. Hannah also loves cats and has four of her own – two adopted and two rescued that she nursed back to good health. Because of her passion for animals, she’s a big supporter of Whimsical Whiskers Rescue in Assumption, Illinois, which provides a safe haven to cats in need.
