Dee began her career in banking 30 years ago as a teller where her real love of number crunching came alive! She worked her way into the operations/processing side of the business and then was recognized for her management skills. After joining INB, Dee managed the Mt. Pulaski, Riverton and Dirksen branches for a combined total of 15 years.

In 2023, Dee took over the role of managing the Customer Care Center and Interactive Teller Machine department. She loves the challenges that banking brings -- whether it’s helping a customer balance a checkbook or finding a solution to a banking need. 

Dee was raised in Mt. Pulaski and lived there until 2019 when she married her husband, Chad, and moved to Mackinaw. Now that Chad is retired from Illinois Department of Corrections, the couple lives in Elkhart. Together Dee and her husband have five daughters. Dee’s oldest, Taylor, is married and raising three children: Oaklynn, Cooper and Cohen. Lauren, Dee’s middle daughter, is an Illinois State Trooper, and her youngest daughter, Callie, is pursuing her degree in Sonography. Chad’s oldest daughter, Karyssa, is the branch manager of INB Wabash branch and mother of their youngest grandchild Maddox. His youngest, Kylee, works as a caretaker for the developmentally disabled and is a licensed cosmetologist.

In her spare time, Dee enjoys reading and cookie decorating as a hobby. When she gets the chance, she loves to travel anywhere there is sand, waves and a salty breeze! Dee is a St. Louis Cardinals and a Kansas City Chiefs fan, and enjoys watching grandchildren play football, basketball, t-ball and soccer.
