Darcy Marr has been in banking all of her adult life. She started as a teller at Premier Bank in Jacksonville in 2002, holding various positions including teller, teller supervisor, customer service representative and senior customer service representative.

After working her way through these roles, she became human resource director, a job she held for eight years until Premier was bought by Town and Country Bank. With Town and Country, Darcy moved to Springfield as a branch manager.

These jobs gave her experience in all facets of banking, from compliance to marketing, and made her the perfect candidate for a position with INB as a branch manager of our Pleasant Plains location.

Day in and day out, Darcy loves making connections with people at INB Pleasant Plains. She notes that simply because of the work a banker does, she gets to know a lot about the people she works with. As a result, she considers her customers and employees an extension of her own family.  She’s even established some personal relationships as a result of professional transactions.

And that sense of connection doesn’t end when she leaves the office... she brings that same kind of care and attention home as a mom to four kids, who keeps her busy with various activities.
