Susana (Suzy) Esposito,

VP, Commercial Banker, South Florida

Born in Cuba, Susana (Suzy) Esposito grew up in the Miami area and started her banking career at age 20 with Barnett Bank’s International Division.

Later, she joined the international team at SunTrust (now Truist), where she completed the Management Training Program and went on to lead the International Wealth Management Credit Department for six years. She then managed her own book of business, earning her Series 7 and completing Trust School.

As her family grew, Suzy transitioned into local banking at Coconut Grove Bank and Colonial Bank. Several moves brought her to new locations and new jobs, deepening her financial expertise: New York City, where she worked at Banco Popular; California, working at Beneficial State Bank, a non-profit bank that specializes in large public loans; and finally to Utah during the COVID pandemic, where she learned to ski and had plenty of time to practice cooking, growing her own vegetables, and making new friends.

In 2023, Suzy and her family decided to move back to Miami so her youngest daughter could finish high school as a competitive varsity golfer. The move also reignited Suzy’s passion for helping people achieve their financial goals.

Today, Suzy serves as VP, Commercial Banker for INB Miami in South Florida. She partners with businesses to support their growth, strengthen financial strategies, and meet their lending needs.

“I’m excited to be part of INB and the super successful Miami team!” she says.

Outside of work, Suzy continues her love of cooking, hosting and gardening, volunteering in several city gardens near her home. She is “married to a techy” with two daughters and two labradoodles. Suzy is active in her Catholic church and school community, but also has a passion for traveling “as much as I can and as far as I can go.”
