Cayla Keyes,

VP, Business Solutions

NMLS # 662877

When Cayla Keyes began her banking career in 2001, she quickly discovered a passion for relationship building, leadership, and helping customers and businesses achieve their financial goals. Through hard work, continuous learning, and a strong commitment to community banking, Cayla has grown her career from frontline banking roles to strategic leadership at INB.

Cayla currently serves as Vice President, Business Solutions at INB, where she partners with businesses throughout Central Illinois to deliver treasury management and banking solutions that help improve efficiency, strengthen cash flow, and support long-term growth. Her background in retail banking and sales leadership provides her with a unique understanding of customer relationships, operational needs, and strategic business development.

Prior to joining the Business Solutions team, Cayla served as Vice President, Retail Sales Manager, leading retail sales initiatives, branch performance, consumer lending growth, employee development, and customer experience strategies across the organization. She has also held other leadership positions at INB, including Vice President, Branch Manager and Assistant Branch Manager.

“Each position has allowed me to experience different facets of banking, shaping my hands-on, holistic approach to leadership, team development, and customer service,” Cayla says. “The opportunity to work in so many areas of banking has shaped the leader I am today.”

Cayla earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Robert Morris University Illinois, graduating Summa Cum Laude. She is a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin–Madison, where she also completed the Executive Leadership Certification program, and is also a graduate of Leadership Springfield.

Passionate about leadership and community involvement, Cayla serves as Board President for Pleasant Plains CUSD #8 and as a board member of The BRANDT Foundation. She is also a longtime volunteer at West Side Christian Church.

Outside of work, Cayla and her husband, Brett, enjoy spending time with their family. Their oldest son works in law enforcement, while their middle son is an engineer serving in the U.S. Army National Guard. And their youngest son is passionate about baseball and plays travel ball as a catcher, keeping the family busy at tournaments and ballparks throughout the year. Cayla also loves traveling. “My favorite beach destination is Negril, Jamaica, where Brett and I were married and a place that continues to inspire my love of travel,” she shares.

Cayla is proud to represent a community bank that values relationships, local decision-making, and helping businesses and families thrive.

“INB truly is the best place to work – and to bank!” she says. “I’m proud to support our leadership team’s vision and the work we do for our customers and communities.”
