Reminder - tips for best service

That’s right, I’m the trusty INB Interactive Teller Machine, at your service. And I promise, I can make banking faster and easier for you – so don’t be intimidated by my new technology!

That said, I do have a few preferences. If we’re going to be banking buddies, here’s how you can help keep things running smoothly from your end…

DO: Feed Me Neatly
Think of your cash like you’re handing me a fancy invitation. I love bills that are flat, crisp and unfolded. Crumpled or torn money? Eh, not so much. I might spit it back out, or even get confused. Just give those bills a quick pat-down before inserting them, and we’re golden!

DON’T: No Bundles Please
I’m sorry to say that strapped or bundled cash totally throws me off my game. I need bills to be loose and ready to roll solo. So don’t forget to unwrap that bundle and let each bill breathe a little.

DO: Watch My Screen
I’m not just a pretty face! My screen is full of helpful instructions to guide you through every step. I promise I’m not trying to be bossy – I just want to help walk you through everything helpfully.

DON’T: Rush Me
I know your day is packed, but trust me – a few extra seconds of prep can save you from a whole lot of headaches. Make sure your checks aren’t dog-eared, your cash is clean and your info is accurate before you hit that “submit” button.

DO: Tap for Help
I need to admit a little secret: I’ve got real people backing me up. I mean, I can only handle so much! Our ITM tellers are the best: if something’s not working or you just need a little reassurance, tap the screen during business hours and you’ll be face-to-face with one of our friendly INB team members.
