We’re switching things up at INB, and some of our staff have taken on new roles that we know will be a great fit for them and for our customers.

Dee Pedersen was previously serving as branch manager for both INB’s Riverton and Mt. Pulaski branches. She’s making the move into Springfield now, as branch manager for INB’s Dirksen branch.

Dee will oversee the daily functions at Dirksen, as well as manage employees and encourage growth and development within INB.Donna and Dee pose for a photo

“Managing the North Dirksen has been a long-time dream and goal of mine,” Dee says. “I am looking forward to the challenge of learning the ins and outs of managing a new branch, meeting and developing new relationships with our customers.”

Dee feels passionate about mentoring and professional development, and she is excited about working with the team at Dirksen.

“I love managing people; encouraging and watching my employees reach and exceed their own goals and the goals of our branch team is my passion,” she says. “The biggest reward is watching the success of others that I may have had a small hand in! I look forward to helping my employees learn and grow within INB.”

While Dee settles in at INB Dirksen, previous branch manager Donna Smith is also excited about her new role as Vice President, Customer Relationship Officer.

This new position at INB has been needed as INB continues to expand across central Illinois and the St. Louis region.

“After 18 years as branch manager, I am looking forward to making this switch to expand on the customer relationships that I have developed over the years at the branch,” Donna says.

As Customer Relationship Officer, Donna will be responsible primarily for customer development, working closely with the Retail, Business Solutions and Commercial Lending staff to build and develop customer relationships while also maintaining and growing INB’s existing portfolio.

“I’m looking forward to strengthening customer connections and building new ones,” Donna says.
