We recently promoted three employees who have three traits in common: They care about customers, they think highly of the people they work with, and they want to do what’s right. That, plus their years of experience, made them the perfect candidates for newly available positions.
Jenny Broughton has been promoted to Client Services Officer. She has been with the bank since it opened in 1999, serving first as a teller and banker, then on staff in the consumer credit card and payroll card areas. Most recently she ran the bank’s commercial credit card portfolio, duties she will maintain as she begins supervising INB’s new Client Services staff. Jenny will provide significant bank knowledge and excellent customer services skills to her new position.
Larry Buske was promoted to Deposit Operations Officer. Larry has been in the Deposit Operations area since he joined the bank in 2003, taking on many different roles and learning all of the computer systems. His latest accomplishment was taking the lead in implementing a new reporting tool. His leadership continues to help stabilize and grow the bank’s Deposit Operations Department.
Kelly Raison is our new Assistant Vice President/Chatham Branch Manager. She came to INB in 2005 with previous banking experience. Building on this experience, Kelly became a teller supervisor. She eventually transferred to Chatham, and in 2008 was promoted to assistant branch manager. She assumed many management duties over the years, and, in October, took over the responsibilities of the Chatham branch. As branch manager, she will have the opportunity to work more closely with Chatham community organizations than she did before.
