Official Rules for April 2026 INB Survey
1. Sponsor
The Sponsor of this promotion is INB, National Association, 322 E Capitol Ave., Springfield, IL 62701.
2. Promotion name
INB Survey Drawing.
3. No purchase necessary
No purchase necessary to enter or win. Completing the survey is not required to enter or win. A purchase, payment, or banking relationship will not increase your chances of winning.
4. Eligibility
The Contest is open to all legal residents who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. The Sponsor has the right to verify the eligibility of each entrant. Open to customers and non-customers who meet the eligibility requirements above.
5. Promotion period
The promotion begins on [start date] at [time] Central Time and ends on [end date] at [time] Central Time. Entries must be received by the end of the Promotion Period. Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device.
6. How to enter
There are two ways to enter. Limit one entry per person total, regardless of method.
Method A. Survey entry Complete and submit the INB survey during the Promotion Period using the survey link provided in Sponsor communications or on the promotion page.
Method B. Free Alternate Method of Entry To enter without completing the survey, send an email to marketing@inb.com with the subject line “Survey Drawing” and include your first and last name, mailing address, phone number, and email address. Emails must be received during the Promotion Period.
All eligible entries, whether submitted via survey or email, will be treated equally.
7. Entry limits
Limit one entry per person. If multiple entries are received, only the first eligible entry will be included and the others will be void. Sponsor may disqualify entries that appear to be submitted through automated means.
8. Prize and approximate retail value
One winner will receive $100 cash card for the Retail Survey and One Winner will receive $100 cash card for Business Survey. No substitution, cash alternative, or transfer of prize. The same winner can win both surveys.
9. Winner selection and odds
Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will occur within 30 days of the closing date of the survey and will be handling by PROOF Positioning. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
10. Winner notification and verification
Potential winner will be notified by email within 10 business days after the drawing. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within 10 business days, fails to respond, is found ineligible, or fails to complete required documents, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
11. Privacy
Information collected will be used to administer the drawing and, if you choose, to respond to your inquiry. Survey responses will be aggregated for planning purposes. 12. General conditions
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries, or for technical failures of any kind. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the promotion, as determined by Sponsor.
13. Disputes and governing law
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules will be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles, and all disputes shall be resolved in the applicable state or federal courts located in Sangamon County, IL.
