INB's Peoria Team

Pam Cain began her 30-plus year banking career in 1984. She worked her first job at what is now Commerce Bank for over 15 years, ending up in the account department. She left Commerce in 1999 to work for Mid-America National Bank, a local community bank, as the assistant branch manager. “I loved the local community bank feel where decisions are made locally,” she says. That made the move to INB in 2007 an easy decision.

Zach Ponder has been in banking since earning his bachelor’s in business administration from McKendree University in Lebanon, IL in 2009.  He joined INB in 2021 after serving as a branch manager and, later, a commercial portfolio manager, at banks in Edwardsville, St. Louis and Peoria.

Kim started in banking when going to school at Bradley University. She graduated in 2003 and then took part in a management trainee program offered by her employer.  This allowed her to get a feel for the different departments and the job opportunities within each department.  She decided to focus on commercial loans, and now has that responsibility at INB.

When Amanda Klein took a job as a teller in 1998, it started her on a lifelong banking career. She’s worked as a personal banker, branch manager, small business lender, commercial payments, treasury officer and more.  Amanda joined INB in 2020 to work with our business customers.  She is driven by wanting to make life and banking easier for her customers.

Karen Cabrera was on the real estate side of homeownership in 1986 when a mortgage lender suggested she move to lending.  That was May 1990. She’s been a mortgage lender ever since. Her work as a lender introduced her to volunteer work in her community. She takes part in both the Knox Country Habitat for Humanity chapter and Project Rebound.

Born and raised in Peoria, Stacy received her bachelor’s degree in business management, as well as her MBA, from University of Illinois Springfield. She has over 20 years of mortgage experience and worked at First State Bank of Illinois prior to joining INB in 2016 as mortgage loan officer for the Peoria area. She's been recognized for her work by earning these awards: 2017 Peoria Area Association of REALTORS Affiliate of the Year, 2013 25 Women in Leadership, 2010 Community Leader by Women in Leadership of Central Illinois, and 2010 40 Leaders Under 40.

At INB, we work every day to help our customers minimize financial pressures and enjoy better lives.
