INB Advertising Release

As of the date set forth below, I hereby authorize INB, N. A. (“INB”) and its contractors, to use my words, written or spoken, and image for advertising purposes without limitation or further compensation. Advertising includes print, digital advertisements, social media posts, internet advertisements, electronic advertisements, video productions, television commercials and/or radio commercials.

In consideration for my participation in INB’s advertising, I hereby waive, release and discharge INB and its contractors from any and all liability, including but not limited to liability arising from the use or distribution of my words, image and/or voice for commercial purposes.
