The Illinois Jaycees recently selected INB Mortgage lender Grace Nichols as honoree of its Outstanding Young Persons of Illinois awards program. The Outstanding Young Persons (TOYP) program annually recognizes young people throughout Illinois who excel in their chosen fields, endeavors, and show a great commitment to their respective communities.

Grace, 31, is being recognized in the category of humanitarian and/or voluntary leadership. She is an elected trustee on the board for the Mt. Hope Funks Grove Park District and is also a certified representative with the Illinois Association of Parks. She has served on many committees and boards including the Downtown Bloomington Association, West Bloomington Revitalization Project, Mid Central Community Action, Bloomington-Normal Young Professionals (BNYP) and Mid-Illinois Realtor Association (MIRA). Grace was recognized in 2021 by Bloomington Pantagraph media as a lender of the year.

All winners will be honored April 30 in Springfield.
