The INB staff is working hard to make sure we provide the service you need during this difficult time. I couldn’t be more proud of them.
This note is to update you on the special accommodations we’ve put in place.
- If you have an overdraft fee because of the coronavirus shutdown, please call your banker directly or email us with your name and phone number and we will call you back.
- If you need to make arrangements for INB credit card payment relief, please call the Cardmember Service phone number on the back of your credit card.
- You can defer car loans and Home Equity Lines of Credit (HELOC) payment up to 180 days. This deferment will not affect your credit score. To make arrangements, contact Melissa Guy at 217-747-5548 or mguy@inb.com
- For mortgage loan customers, we have several plans in place that can provide temporary relief from making a mortgage payment. Please contact Melissa Guy at 217-747-5548 or mguy@inb.com. She’ll be in touch to discuss which option is available to you.
For our business clients
We understand that your organization has its own set of challenges. We would like to work with you to discuss federal, state and local programs and help you decide what’s best for your business. If you haven’t been contacted by your banker or need some advice, please reach out to him or her. Or you can use our general email box and someone will get in touch with you.
The Small Business Administration has announced a program called the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) available to all small businesses with 500 or fewer employees, including nonprofits, sole proprietorships, self-employed individuals, and independent contractors. Visit our website to learn how to apply.
You are, no doubt, anxious about what the future holds. But we have the people and the solutions to work with you through this difficult time.
