Banks are considered an essential service in the time of a national crisis. As such, we will remain open through the coronavirus pandemic. To do that, we depend on our staff members who not only have work responsibilities, but personal responsibilities as well.
To assure we have the staff to keep most of our locations functioning, we are instituting the following changes effective Tuesday, March 24:
Main lobby at 4th and Capitol, Springfield

Downtown Drive and Walk-up Facility, 3rd and Capitol, Springfield

Springfield and surrounding area: South Sixth, North Dirksen Parkway, Wabash, Montvale, Mt. Pulaski, Riverton and Chatham
Drives open 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9 a.m. to noon Saturday.
Pleasant Plains
Drives open 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9 a.m. to noon Saturday.
Bloomington Branch
Drives open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Peoria Branch
Drives open 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Champaign Branch*
Lobby open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Drive thru service is not available.
Fairmount Branch*
Lobby open 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday. and 9 a.m. to noon Saturday.
Drive thru service is not available.
*Our Champaign and Fairmount staff will be in the branch, but we will begin to lock our doors. If you come to the bank, our staff will see you at the door and work with you on your transaction.
Safe Deposit Box Access
You should continue to touch base with us if you need to access your safe deposit box. We will do our best to accommodate you. Call 1-877-771-2316 to arrange an appointment.

Our INB mobile app and online service is open 24 hours a day. You can complete virtually every transaction either from your smart phone or at www.inb.com.
