INB was recently required to send all mortgage customers a monthly statement or updated coupon book. You may have received a coupon/payment book with fewer than 12 months’ worth of coupons. Don’t be concerned. Once we analyze your payments and adjust for escrow changes following the anniversary date of your loan, we will send another coupon book.
