Welcome to INB

We are excited to welcome Bank of Fairfield customers to INB. Our recent merger has combined two well-respected Inland Northwest banks that share a deep commitment to serving our local communities and customers. The companies have very similar core values and strong dedication to customer service. In addition, the merger will grant customers with additional banking resources, more diversified financial products and services, new lending opportunities, advanced technologies, and a strong branch network.

In an effort to better get to know our new customers and answer any questions, INB will host three Meet and Greet events. Please take this opportunity to enjoy free food, beverages, door prizes, and a chance to meet our staff.

COLFAX: Tuesday, December 1st 5pm - 7pm at the Best Western Wheatland Inn. 701 N. Main St.
VALLEY: Wednesday, December 2nd 5pm - 7pm at the INB Branch. 15015 E. Sprague Ave.
FAIRFIELD: Thursday, December 3rd 5pm - 7pm at the INB Branch. 213 E. Main St.

What to Expect

After October 16, 2015 Bank of Fairfield will officially operate under INB ownership. It is our goal to ensure this transition is as seamless as possible. Through February of 2016, customers will see little change in the way they conduct their banking business. If you have a question or concern, please call or visit your local branch, call us at 888-509-7922, or email us at [email protected]

My Bank of Fairfield Accounts

At this time, there will be no change to your accounts or your account numbers. You will continue to enjoy the same account benefits. The interest rates earned on checking, savings, and money market deposit accounts will continue to be subject to change due to market conditions. Certificates of deposit (CDs) and individual retirement accounts (IRAs) will earn their current interest rates until they mature.

Checks, Debit Cards, and Credit Cards

You may continue to use your current Bank of Fairfield checks, debit cards, and credit cards and will also have surcharge-free access to additional INB ATMs. After the system conversions, we will reissue chip-based debit and credit cards.

Branch Locations

Customers can use any INB or former Bank of Fairfield branch to conduct their banking. For a full list of INB branch locations, please visit www.inb.com/locations. The Bank of Fairfield branch located in Downtown Spokane has already been consolidated into the INB branch located at 421 W. Riverside Ave. On December 4th, the Bank of Fairfield branch located in the Spokane Valley will consolidate into the INB branch located at 15015 E. Sprague Ave.

System Conversions

In February 2016, Bank of Fairfield customer accounts, debit cards, credit cards, online banking, and bill-payment services will be converted to INB systems. Fortunately, Bank of Fairfield and INB use a number of the same service providers. As a result, any impact should be minimized. New chip debit and credit cards will be issued after conversion.

Website and Online Banking

After October 16th, the Bank of Fairfield website will be redirected to a Welcome Page at inb.com. You will find all necessary information regarding the merger and what to expect. You will be able to login to your online banking account in the upper right-hand corner of the main navigation. Choose the account you would like to access and select the blue login button. After the system conversion in February 2016, you will be able to enroll in mobile banking.

Direct Deposit

Direct deposit will continue without interruption.

You will continue to make loan payments as you do today.

Safe Deposit Box

Your safe deposit box access will not change. If you use the Bank of Fairfield branch located in the Spokane Valley, your safe deposit box(es) will be transferred to INB's Valley branch located at 15015 E. Sprague Ave. on December 4th.

INB is Member FDIC

If you currently have accounts at INB and Bank of Fairfield, your accounts will remain separately insured for a six-month grace period beginning October 16, 2015. This grace period is designed to provide an opportunity to review your banking relationship with us and restructure accounts if necessary. CDs are separately insured until the earliest maturity date after the end of the six-month grace period. CDs that mature during the six-month period and are renewed for the same term and in the same dollar amount (with or without accrued interest) continue to be separately insured until the first maturity date after the six-month period. If a CD matures during the six-month grace period and is renewed on any other basis, it would be separately insured only until the end of the six-month grace period.

Privacy and Protection

INB is committed to transparency and choice regarding protecting the privacy of your personal information. You can read our Privacy Policy at inb.com/privacy. We will mail a copy of our Privacy Policy to you later this year.
