For former Bank of Fairfield credit card customers, we will soon be reissuing new EMV enabled cards. Please activate on or after May 23rd. Your old credit card will be deactivated on the same date. More Information

Welcome to INB

On February 8, 2016, the conversion from the systems of the former Bank of Fairfield to those of INB will be complete. For details please visit www.inb.com/conversion

Please note recent changes to the conversion process.

1. We initially specified that existing Bank of Fairfield debit cards would continue to function on or after the conversion. Due to an unforeseen technical issue beyond our control, your existing Bank of Fairfield debit card will be deactivated on February 8th.  Cardholders will receive a new INB EMV chip enabled debit card one to two weeks prior to February 8th. The card will come with instruction on how to activate and set your new PIN. You will be unable to activate the card and set your PIN until February 8th. Your new card will have a new number. As such, you will need to update automatic payments.

2. We incorrectly stated that you would be required to initiate changes to your direct deposit and automatic payments as a result of changes to our routing number. However, INB will be notifying all senders of ACH transactions on your behalf, including Social Security, of the revised routing number automatically. We apologize for any initial concern this may have caused.

What to Expect

After October 16, 2015 Bank of Fairfield will officially operate under INB ownership. It is our goal to ensure this transition is as seamless as possible. Through February of 2016, customers will see little change in the way they conduct their banking business. If you have a question or concern, please call or visit your local branch, call us at 888-509-7922, or email us at [email protected]

My Bank of Fairfield Accounts

At this time, there will be no change to your accounts or your account numbers. You will continue to enjoy the same account benefits. The interest rates earned on checking, savings, and money market deposit accounts will continue to be subject to change due to market conditions. Certificates of deposit (CDs) and individual retirement accounts (IRAs) will earn their current interest rates until they mature.

Checks, Debit Cards, and Credit Cards

You may continue to use your current Bank of Fairfield checks, debit cards, and credit cards and will also have surcharge-free access to additional INB ATMs. After the system conversions, we will reissue chip-based debit and credit cards.

Branch Locations

Customers can use any INB or former Bank of Fairfield branch to conduct their banking. For a full list of INB branch locations, please visit www.inb.com/locations. System Conversions

In February 2016, Bank of Fairfield customer accounts, debit cards, credit cards, online banking, and bill-payment services will be converted to INB systems. Fortunately, Bank of Fairfield and INB use a number of the same service providers. As a result, any impact should be minimized. New chip debit and credit cards will be issued after conversion.

Website and Online Banking

After October 16th, the Bank of Fairfield website will be redirected to a Welcome Page at inb.com. You will find all necessary information regarding the merger and what to expect. You will be able to login to your online banking account in the upper right-hand corner of the main navigation. Choose the account you would like to access and select the blue login button. After the system conversion in February 2016, you will be able to enroll in mobile banking.

Direct Deposit

Direct deposit will continue without interruption.

Payments

You will continue to make loan payments as you do today.

Safe Deposit Box

Your safe deposit box access will not change. If you use the Bank of Fairfield branch located in the Spokane Valley, your safe deposit box(es) will be transferred to INB's Valley branch located at 15015 E. Sprague Ave. on December 4th.

INB is Member FDIC

If you currently have accounts at INB and Bank of Fairfield, your accounts will remain separately insured for a six-month grace period beginning October 16, 2015. This grace period is designed to provide an opportunity to review your banking relationship with us and restructure accounts if necessary. CDs are separately insured until the earliest maturity date after the end of the six-month grace period. CDs that mature during the six-month period and are renewed for the same term and in the same dollar amount (with or without accrued interest) continue to be separately insured until the first maturity date after the six-month period. If a CD matures during the six-month grace period and is renewed on any other basis, it would be separately insured only until the end of the six-month grace period.

Privacy and Protection

INB is committed to transparency and choice regarding protecting the privacy of your personal information. You can read our Privacy Policy at inb.com/privacy. We will mail a copy of our Privacy Policy to you later this year.
