Online Banking, Mobile Banking, & Bill Pay

Most customers will be converted into our “Personal Online” banking system. If you currently use online banking to originate ACH files; use Commercial Capture; or you have sub users that access your online banking account; you will be converted to “Cash Management Online”.  We will notify you separately if your account will be converted to “Cash Management Online”. See information on “Cash Management Online” below if this applies.

Personal and Business Online Banking

Starting Friday November 10th at 3:00 pm, your access to the CenterPointe Online Banking site will become unavailable. Effective November 13th after 10:00 am, you will be able to access your accounts directly at www.inb.com by selecting “Personal Online” under the Account Type drop-down in the Login section of the website. Your username will be converted, however it will all be converted to lower case.  For example, if your username was “MickeyMouse2b” it would be converted to “mickeymouse2b”.  Your temporary password will be the last six digits of your social security number.

Before November 10th

1. Know which drop-down to select when logging in on Monday morning. You should select “Personal Online” or if notified separately then "Cash Management Online".

2. If you use Intuit financial software (i.e. Quicken®, QuickBooks® or Mint®), you will need to download instructions specific to your operating system and software prior to November 10th CLICK HERE. There may be some extended delays for QuickBooks the week of November 13th as it takes several days for data to propagate within Intuit’s systems.

After November 13th

1. Password: Although your username should remain the same, you will be prompted to update your password from the temporary password. The new password length is a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 16 characters. In addition, the password requires two numbers, one alpha character and a special character. Passwords are case sensitive.

2. Security: Upon first login, you will be asked to establish new security questions and answers.

3. eStatements: You will be prompted to enroll in eStatements if you have not already done so within CenterPointe Online Banking. You are not required to do this, but if you enroll you will be required to review INB's eSign agreement. Scroll to the bottom of the agreement to obtain the code which you must enter to complete the enrollment. You must also select the accounts you wish to enroll in eStatements.  Just enter the code at the bottom of the eSign agreement, select the accounts you want delivered as eStatements and continue with your login.

4. Recurring Transfers: Recurring transfers which were previously setup in CenterPointe Online Banking will be converted. You can setup additional recurring transfers within Personal Online or Business Online after conversion.

5. Historical Information: History will be available after conversion for the following:

• ____ days of transaction history will convert immediately and your history will continue to build.

• Apps available for your tablets by download at the Apple® App Store, in the Google® Play Store and at the Amazon Appstore

• Check images and deposited items dated prior to 11/10/17 will be available within INB Personal Online two months of the conversion date.

• Online Statements generated prior to 11/13/17 should be available within two months of the conversion date.

Statements, check images and deposited items generated going forward will be available online immediately. Cash Management Online

Customers using advanced online banking functions such as ACH origination, online wire transfers, Commercial Capture or utilize sub-users will be notified if they will be converted to INB’s “Cash Management Online” system.  The advanced features of this platform and additional security requirements will require the following:

Each customer will be required to complete as CMS application with the assistance of an INB Cash Management Specialist and acknowledge the Cash Management Services Terms and Conditions.  

• Each customer will be required to identify an Administrative User who will have access to and assign rights to various service options requested within Cash Management Online.

• Customers using ACH origination or Online Wire Transfers will be required to use a Token in addition to a username and password.

• Our Cash Management team will be reviewing the nature of your online banking account and contact you within the next couple weeks to begin the setup process. Your username will be converted and your password will be reset during the setup process through the user’s email of record.

Before November 10th

3. ACH file origination history will not convert. You should save your originated file records
prior to the conversion weekend. This will also be helpful in validating the ACH batches
that are converted.

4. Recurring transfers will not convert.  You should note any existing recurring transfers and maintain a record for re-entry in Cash Management Online after conversion.

After November 13th

1. Security: Upon first login, you will be asked to establish new security questions and answers. 

2. Password: Upon first login, you will be asked to reset your password.  The new password length is a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 16 characters. In addition, the password requires two numbers, one alpha character and a special character. Passwords are case sensitive.

3. Tokens: If required, you will receive security Tokens from a Cash Management Specialist.  Make sure you have these available to login after the conversion.  These will be required to initiate ACH or wire transfers.

4. Recurring Transfers: Recurring transfers which were previously setup in CenterPointe “Online Banking” will not be converted.  You will have to reset these up after conversion.

5. Historical Information: History will be available after conversion for the following:

• ____ days of transaction history will convert immediately and your history will continue to build.

• Customers using ACH origination or Online Wire Transfers will be required to use a Token in addition to a username and password.

• eStatements generated prior to 11/13/17 should be available within two months of the conversion date.

Mobile Banking

Starting Friday November 10th at 3:00 pm, your access to CenterPointe Mobile Banking will become unavailable. INB mobile banking will become available to CenterPointe Community Bank customers on after 10:00 a.m. on November 13th. You can only enroll in Mobile Banking if you are enrolled in “Personal Online."  If you are enrolled in Cash Management Online then an app is not currently available, although one is currently in development.  The easiest way to enroll in mobile banking for existing CenterPointe Online Banking users is to log into personal online banking and follow the first time login enrollment prompts related to mobile banking.  If you are not currently using Online Banking then you must enroll in INB Personal Banking before you enroll in Mobile Banking.

INB Mobile Banking offers three options which include:

• Apps available for your smartphone by download at the Apple® App Store and in the
Google® Play Store.

• Apps available for your tablets by download at the Apple® App Store, in the Google® Play
Store and at the Amazon Appstore

• Web-based mobile banking for use with your smartphone or tablet’s browser

• Text-based mobile banking

Mobile Deposit

Starting Thursday November 9th at 5:00 pm, your access to CenterPointe Mobile Deposit will become unavailable.  INB Mobile Deposit within our Mobile Banking app will be available to CenterPointe customers on or after 10:00 p.m. on November 13th.  INB allows mobile deposits up to $2,500 per business day, which may be a reduction in the limit you had under CenterPointe Mobile Deposit.  You can use Mobile Deposit to make deposits within the iPhone, Android Phone, iPad and Android tablets apps. Bill Payment and Person-to Person Payments

Starting Thursday November 9th at 5:00 pm, your access to the Bill Pay site will be temporarily unavailable. Effective November 13th after 10:00 am, you will be able to access Bill Pay through INB’s “Personal Online”, or "Cash Management Online" system.  Payments scheduled to be made after November 13th will be made from the INB Bill Pay system on the scheduled dates.  Your payment history will not convert; however, you should be able to track this activity within your statements.

Before November 10th

Schedule payments which will become due during the conversion weekend ahead of time as access to bill pay will not be available.

After November 13th

1. Review your payees and scheduled payments. All payees and scheduled payments should convert properly, but we request that you confirm this.

2. New functionality allows you to set up e-bill merchants in INB Bill Pay.  This option is available for specific contracted vendor payees.
