Personal Debit Card Agreement

This Debit Card Agreement ("Agreement") contains certain terms which govern the use of your MasterCard® debit card ("Card"), and outlines your responsibilities and the responsibilities of Inland Northwest Bank ("INB"). Receipt of the Electronic Fund Transfer Disclosure and this Debit Card Agreement and acceptance of their terms will be conclusively presumed once you have accepted, signed or used the Card.

Use of Card

By use of the Card, you authorize INB to charge the account to which the Card is related ("Account"). You are responsible for the use of the Card and you agree to not authorize or permit any person, except a joint account holder, to use the Card. The debit card issued to you is not a credit card; by using the debit card, you are accessing your own funds. Use of the Card for an illegal transaction or an illegal purpose is strictly prohibited. INB is not liable for failure of any machine, merchant, financial institution or any other party to honor the Card or for their retention of the Card.

Responsibility for Transactions

You are responsible for all transactions you make with the Card or that you authorize another person to make with the Card. If the Account to which the Card is related is a joint account, this Agreement is fully binding on all joint Account holders, and all authorizations and obligations contained herein shall be joint and several, notwithstanding the terms and conditions of any other agreement with INB.

Personal Identification Number (PIN)

INB will issue a separate PIN to each authorized Card Holder. The PIN must be used with the Card for transactions that require use of a PIN. Do not reveal your PIN to anyone else or write it down where it might be available to others.

Transaction Limits

There are dollar amount limitations for Card usage. The dollar limit each business day is determined by the available balance in your Account not to exceed: $2,500 in purchases where your signature or PIN is required, and $500 in withdrawals from an ATM or Point of Sale terminal. Contact your local INB branch for approval to adjust these limits.

Exchange Rate

The exchange rate between the Transaction Currency and the Billing Currency used for processing International Transactions is either: a rate selected by MasterCard from the range of rates available in wholesale currency markets for the applicable Central Processing Date, which rate may vary from the rate MasterCard itself receives; or the government-mandated rate in effect for the applicable Central Processing Date in each instance, plus or minus any adjustment determined by the Issuer.

Overdrafts

You agree not to withdraw funds in excess of your Account balance. If you overdraw your Account and have opted-in to authorize INB to pay overdrafts caused by ATM or debit card transactions, you agree to immediately pay any unauthorized overdraft without notice or demand. If you opted in, your Account will be charged an overdraft fee (see INB's Personal Schedule of Fees & Charges) for each debit presented for which there are insufficient funds if you have opted-in. Stop Payments

Stop payments cannot be made against a point-of-sale, signature-based or PIN-based transaction.

Periodic Statements

You will receive a monthly statement from us for your Account that will also include a record of transactions from your Card.

Fees & Charges

You agree to pay such fees and charges for use of the Card as may be established by the Bank from time to time (refer to INB's Schedule of Fees & Charges).

MasterCard Zero Liability Policy

You will not be liable for any unauthorized transactions using your MasterCard debit card if: (I) you can demonstrate that you have exercised reasonable care in safeguarding your card from the risk of loss or theft, and (II) upon becoming aware of a loss or theft, you promptly report the loss or theft to INB. MasterCard Automatic Billing Updater

MasterCard requires all financial institutions that offer credit and debit cards, to participate in the MasterCard Automatic Billing Updater Service (ABU). ABU will provide updates to participating merchants who maintain your card information on file to process your pre-authorized payments. Examples of these participating merchants may include subscription services or utility companies. When you receive a new card, for example expired, lost or stolen cards, this service will allow participating merchants to receive your updated card information. INB is providing each debit card holder the ability to opt-out of ABU should you choose not to participate. Please note that not all merchants may participate in the ABU service. You should contact them to ensure uninterrupted service. Lost, Stolen or Compromised Card

If you believe that your Card may have been lost or stolen or that someone may have discovered the PIN, you must notify us immediately. Telephoning us at (800) 417-8715 is your best way of keeping your possible losses down. If you do not notify us timely, you may be liable for the full amount of all transactions involving your Card and/or Account, which are not otherwise covered by the MasterCard Zero Liability Policy or the Electronic Funds Transfer Act. You could lose all of the money in your Account (plus your maximum overdraft line of credit or overdraft privilege). If you request that your card be replaced, you agree to pay a replacement fee for such card and agree that INB may debit your Account for this fee (see INB's Schedule of Fees & Charges).

Change of Terms

INB may amend this Agreement, including dollar limitations on use of a Car, at any time. We will notify you of any amendments to the Agreement and the effective date as required by applicable law. If you use your Card after the effective date, you will be considered to have agreed to the new terms even if you have sent us written notice that you do not agree to the change.

Cancellation

INB shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate your privileges hereunder with no advance notice. Upon request, you must surrender all Cards to INB immediately. You may cancel your Cards at any time by notifying INB in writing and returning the Cards cut in half.

Cardholder Data

INB may provide Cardholder personal data to MasterCard, its Members, or their respective contractors for the purpose of providing Emergency Cash and Emergency Card Replacement Services. By singing this Agreement, you are consenting to the release of this information.

Hold Harmless

You agree to unconditionally indemnify and hold INB harmless against all claims, actions, proceedings, damages, losses and liability, contingent or otherwise, including all expenses of every kind and nature and including reasonable attorney's fees incurred or suffered as a result of INB issuing a debit card under this Agreement.

Disclosures

Please refer to the disclosures provided to you when you opened your Account so that you are aware of your rights under the Electronic Funds Transfer Act.

Governing Law

This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Washington, as well as federal laws and regulations. If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be unlawful or unenforceable for any reason, the remainder of the Agreement will remain enforceable.
