Systems Conversion

At the moment, we are experiencing a high volume of calls for former CenterPointe customers attempting to contact us at 541-308-1300. If you receive a voice mail or your call is dropped, please try back and an INB Banking Professional will assist you as soon as they are available. If you are having an issue with online banking, please call 888-509-7922. If you have an issue with your debit card, please call 844-472-5160.  We apologize for this inconvenience.

Systems Conversion

We are pleased to inform you that on November 13, 2017, the conversion from the systems of the former CenterPointe Community Bank (CenterPointe) to those of INB will be complete. Please make sure you review the Service Interruptions section of this guide as it has important information on what to expect during the conversion weekend. We have also included a checklist to help you prepare for the conversion with important before and after tasks.

At the same time as the conversion, each of the former CenterPointe’s deposit accounts will be converted to a similar INB deposit account. Please refer to the Account Conversion Charts and the corresponding changes to important disclosures and schedules of fees and charges. If you have a loan, CD or time deposit, the terms of your agreement will continue unchanged.

We have taken steps to minimize the impact of the conversion of online banking in order to minimize confusion after the conversion. Your Username will be converted however for security purposes, we will not convert your password. Be sure to read that section closely on how to access online banking after the conversion. If you use CenterPointe’s bill pay service it will be converted and available when you sign into your new INB online banking system. The bill pay conversion includes payees and scheduled payments.

You will be able to continue to use your existing CenterPointe branded checks. Your existing direct deposit(s) and automated payments made via ACH will continue to be processed as usual. Your existing CenterPointe branded debit card will be replaced with an INB branded debit card and should arrive the first week in November. It is important that you read the instructions on how to activate your new card which can be done the week of November 6th. Both your existing CenterPointe & INB debit cards will work through the conversion weekend. The CenterPointe branded debit card will be discontinued on the morning of Monday November 13th. The replacement debit card will have a different card number so if you have recurring payments you will need to update your card number with the billing company.

With the system changes, there will be two statements generated in November.  The first will detail your account activity through November 10th which will be sent to your mailing address. Your regularly scheduled statement will contain activity from November 13th through your normal statement cycle date. Online statements will resume on the second November statement.

Loans will continue to be maintained by your assigned loan officer and you can continue to direct your loan payments to your local INB location. If you have questions about general loan servicing issues you may contact our Loan Servicing Department at (888) 509-7922.

We look forward to serving your banking needs and feel privileged to be associated with the communities which CenterPointe Community Bank has served so well for so many years.

Changes to your converted account type can be made after the transition by visiting any INB location. Please also familiarize yourself with the  Personal Schedule of Fees & Charges and the Business Schedule of Fees & Charges. The revised fee structure will become effective on November 13, 2017. You should also be aware of changes to your Deposit Account Agreement, Electronic Funds Transfer Disclosure, Funds Availability Policy and our Privacy Policy.

Former CenterPointe charges will apply up to the account transition. Some service charges may not be assessed until your December statement.

Please note that the terms will change to match the terms of INB’s CD Agreement and IRA Custodial Agreement upon renewal if they are set to automatically renew.

Loans, Payments, and Advances of Lines of Credit

Loans will continue to be maintained by your currently assigned Loan Officers which are not changing as a result of the system conversion. If you have questions concerning who your assigned Loan Officer is, please contact your local INB location or our customer service line at (888) 509-7922. Loan payments may be processed at any INB location, or you can mail payments to our Loan Servicing Department after November 13, 2017, if you prefer. Credit Cards and Payments for Credit Card Billing

CenterPointe branded credit cards are serviced and owned by The Independent Bankers Bank (TIB) a third-party vendor. Your credit card will continue to be serviced by TIB until either you or TIB cancels the card. You may keep your current credit card and continue making payments as usual. When the card is replaced it will be branded as a TIB card. Please see your local INB location to apply for an INB credit card.

Routing Number Changes

The INB routing number of 125108104 should be used after November 13, 2017 and will replace the former CenterPointe routing number of 123206985. This routing number is a bank identifier which enables transactions to be properly routed by other banking institutions to INB. The routing number appears on checks and drafts, in electronic (ACH) transactions that you may have provided to third parties, and is used in wire transfer instructions.

Checks

You do not need to order new checks immediately; you can continue to use the former CenterPointe checks. If you order checks from an outside provider, you will also need to provide the new INB routing number of 125108104, rather than providing a CenterPointe Community Bank voided check for reprinting. When you place a check order with Harland Clarke, our provider, they will automatically print new orders with the updated routing number.

Recurring Electronic Payments/Payroll/ACH

You can continue to use the CenterPointe routing number, however, we encourage you to use the INB routing number of 125108104 for new payments such as payroll, loan payments, memberships, and automated payments outside of your INB Bill Pay service. You should wait until November 13, 2017, to make changes or setup payments using the INB routing number. INB will notify existing third party payment/depositors of the updated routing number on your behalf after the conversion. Remember, this does not apply to payments setup using the CenterPointe debit card numbers. You will need to notify the vendor of your new INB debit card number for the payments to continue.

Wire Instructions (domestic and foreign)

We strongly encourage you to notify any third parties to change wire instructions you have provided to the INB routing number in order to ensure timely routing of payments to your account. After the close of business on November 13, 2017, INB will no longer accept wires with the CenterPointe Community Bank routing number. For domestic wires use the INB routing number of 125108104. For incoming foreign wires please use the following information: Beneficiary Name: Inland Northwest Bank Beneficiary Acct #: 153504575900 Beneficiary Bank: US Bank SWIFT: USBKUS44IMT Originator to Beneficiary Information (Required): Ref: INB Customer name & Account number

Conversion Impact on Deposit Account Statements

You will receive a short period statement of transactions through November 12, 2017, as well as your regularly scheduled statement cycle date in November. Unfortunately we will be required to mail paper statements to all depositors for the short period statement. The second statement will include transactions from November 13th through your regularly scheduled statement cycle date. Your statement may not include all fees and charges outlined in the Schedule of Fees & Charges and disclosures until your December statement. If you previously registered to receive eStatements, you will continue to receive statements this way after the conversion, including the second November statement. These eStatements will be available within INB Personal Online Banking and Cash Management Online within a couple business days after the statement date. Customers who previously received eStatements within CenterPointe Online Banking will be unable to access these within INB Personal Online Banking for approximately two months after conversion. We apologize for this inconvenience. Please be sure to download or print any statements you may need access to prior to November 10, 2017. If you need a statement after this date, please contact our customer service line at (888) 509-7922. If you have not registered for eStatements you will be provided an opportunity to enroll the first time you log into Personal Online Banking after the conversion.

FDIC Insurance

Your transferred deposits are separately insured from any accounts you already had at INB for at least six months after the date of the merger (through January 14, 2018). This grace period gives you a chance to restructure your accounts, if necessary, to make sure you have 100% FDIC coverage. Time Deposits (CDs) transferred to INB are separately insured until the earliest maturity date after the end of the six-month grace period. Time Deposits (CDs) that mature during the six-month grace period and are renewed for the same term in the same dollar amount (either with or without accrued interest) continue to be separately insured until the first maturity date after the six-month grace period. If a Time Deposit (CD) matures during the six-month grace period and is renewed on any other basis, it is separately insured only until the end of the six-month grace period. To learn more about FDIC insurance or to calculate your coverage, visit www.FDIC.gov.
