Welcome to INB

We are excited to welcome CenterPointe Community Bank customers to INB. Our recent merger has combined two well-respected Northwest banks that share a deep commitment to serving our local communities and customers. The companies have very similar core values and strong dedication to customer service. In addition, the merger will grant customers with additional banking resources, more diversified financial products and services, new lending opportunities, advanced technologies, and a strong branch network.

What to Expect

After July 14, 2017 CenterPointe Community Bank will officially operate under INB ownership. It is our goal to ensure this transition is as seamless as possible. My CenterPointe Accounts

At this time, there will be no change to your accounts or your account numbers. You will continue to enjoy the same account benefits. The interest rates earned on checking, savings, and money market deposit accounts will continue to be subject to change due to market conditions. Certificates of deposit (CDs) and individual retirement accounts (IRAs) will earn their current interest rates until they mature.

Checks, Debit Cards, and Credit Cards

You may continue to use your current CenterPointe checks, debit cards, credit cards, and will also have surcharge-free access to additional INB ATMs. During the system conversions, we will reissue debit cards. For some customers, we may reissue a new credit card prior to conversion.

INB is Member FDIC

If you currently have accounts at INB and CenterPointe Community Bank, your accounts will remain separately insured for a six-month grace period beginning July 14th, 2017. This grace period is designed to provide an opportunity to review your banking relationship with us and restructure accounts if necessary. CDs are separately insured until the earliest maturity date after the end of the six-month grace period. CDs that mature during the six-month period and are renewed for the same term and in the same dollar amount (with or without accrued interest) continue to be separately insured until the first maturity date after the six-month period. If a CD matures during the six-month grace period and is renewed on any other basis, it would be separately insured only until the end of the six-month grace period.
