Debit Cards and ATMs

Week of November 6, 2017 you should receive a replacement INB debit card in the mail.  You can activate your new replacement card immediately and start using on conversion weekend.  To activate the card, you will be directed to call an automated activation phone number which you must call from a phone number we have on record.  If you call to activate your card from a phone number not in our records then you will be forwarded to a representative for manual activation.  During the activation process you will be able to set your Personal Identification Number (PIN), you will not receive a separate PIN in the mail.  The debit card mailing will include instructions on how to activate the card.   After November 13th please safely discard your CenterPointe debit card.

By using your new INB debit card you agree to abide by the revised INB Debit Card Agreements as included outlined HERE.

The process of issuing a new replacement INB debit card will result in a change to your debit card number. After receiving your new INB debit card please begin notifying external parties which you have previously made arrangements to pay amounts automatically using your debit card.

Limits Prior To November 12th

All active CenterPointe debit cards will continue to work during the conversion weekend through midnight on Sunday November 12th based on the following Limits:

• ATM Withdrawl Limit $500

• Point of Sale and Signature Daily Limit $2,000

New Card Limits

Once your card has been activated you will be subject to the following daily limits:

• ATM Withdrawal Daily Limit $500

• Consumer PIN and Signature-Based Point of Sale Daily Limit $2,500

• Business PIN Point of Sale Daily Limit $2,500

• Business Signature Point of Sale Daily Limit $5,000

MasterCard Automatic Billing Updater

Your new INB debit card will be MasterCard branded.  Mastercard requires INB, to participate in the Mastercard Automatic Billing Updater Service (ABU).  ABU will provide updates to participating merchants who maintain your card information on file, to process your pre-authorized payments.  Examples of these participating merchants may include subscription services or utility companies.  When you receive a new card, for example, due to expiration, this service will allow participating merchants to receive your updated card information.  Additional information can be found at

INB is providing each debit card holder the ability to opt-out of ABU should you choose not to participate.   You may download and complete the opt-out form located at or you can call your local branch or customer service at (888) 509-7922.

Automated Teller Machines (ATM)

INB will be converting CenterPointe ATMs onto INB’s ATM network prior to the conversion weekend, which may result in short term ATM outages during the transition period.  INB is also a member of the MoneyPass ATM network which provides surcharge free access to ATMs nationwide.
