INB Restructures Bank Leadership

INB President and CEO has announced a newly formed Senior Management Team to help take the company to its next stage of growth and success.

New INB President and CEO, Russell Lee, has promoted former Chief Revenue Officer, Mark Dresback, to Chief Credit Officer and appointed Senior Vice President and Marketing Director, Jason Miller, and Senior Vice President and Director of Human Resources, Jennifer Nelson, to the leadership team.

In addition, INB has hired Chad Burchard as their Chief Lending Officer. He will also be a member of the leadership team. Chad, former Senior Vice President and Commercial Banking Center Manager at Umpqua Bank, returns to INB where he served as the Commercial Relationship Officer 3 years ago.

The additions to INB Senior Management join Liz Herndon, Senior Vice President and Chief Retail Banking Officer, David Hockett, Senior Vice President and Chief Risk Officer, and Holly Poquette, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Other members, Randall Fewel, former INB President and CEO, and Scott Southwick, former Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer, have announced their retirement and will assist INB through the summer of 2016.

The shift in leadership comes on the heels of many other major announcements over the past several months including the acquisition of the Bank of Fairfield, hiring a new CEO, and renewing another 10 year financial commitment in a sponsorship of the INB Performing Arts Center.
