INB Contributes to NIC CTE Building

INB recently committed to an investment to help with the construction of North Idaho College's new Parker Technical Education Center in Rathdrum, Idaho. The new facility will help train highly skilled employees to meet regional workforce demands of current and emerging industries.

Manufacturing job growth in North Idaho is projected to rise 15 percent between 2012 and 2022—faster than the average for all industries. The new will facility house the following programs: Advanced Manufacturing/Mechatronics; Automotive Technology; Collision Repair Technology; Computer Aided Design Technology - Architectural; Computer Aided Design Technology - Mechanical; Diesel Technology; Industrial Mechanic/Millwright; Machining and CNC Technology; Welding Technology. This 110,960 square feet building will be centrally in Kootenai County on 40 acres owned by NIC on the Rathdrum Prairie.
