COMMERCIAL LOAN ASSISTANT

The CLA position supports the Commercial Loan Officers, Credit Analysts, and other Commercial Loan Assistants by serving customers, gathering financial information, helping with closings, final processing, and preparing loan reports. Specific duties include greeting customers, answering phones, responding to inquiries, preparing cashier's checks and wires, processing loan advances and transfers, ordering loan documents, maintaining current knowledge of federal/state regulations governing the granting of credit, preparing various reports, and other duties as assigned. Qualified applicants will have the ability to write professional business correspondence, prioritize work projects, and communicate effectively with customers and coworkers. Must have intermediate computer skills, including experience with Word and Excel. Experience or training in commercial or real estate credit, lending and documentation, business accounting, and/or financial statements use an analysis preferred. This position is full-time (40 hours/week), and is located at our Main branch in downtown Spokane.


TELLERS

INB is often searching for outgoing, detail-oriented Teller candidates. Tellers are responsible for processing a wide variety of transactions under supervision, and in accordance with existing procedures and systems. Cross sells and opens the Bank's deposit, loan and electronic products and services with an emphasis on providing excellent customer service. Contributes to the success of the branch by active participation in branch sales activities. Work involves constant and direct interaction with bank customers and potential customers and requires the ability to accurately record information and communicate effectively. Work may be performed on the teller platform or at a drive-through window. Excellent customer service and cash-handling skills required. Previous teller experience preferred but not required. The following Teller positions are currently available:

  • Spokane Valley Branch: 28.50 hours/week, Monday, Tuesday, Friday 9:15 a.m. – 6:15 p.m., Saturday 9:45 a.m. – 2:15 p.m.
  • Float Teller: Provides Teller services at all INB branches in the Northern Idaho and Spokane areas. 40 hours/week. Schedule may vary. Must be available between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.


Closed Positions:


DATA PROCESSING SPECIALIST II

This position is responsible for assuring the timely posting of cash letters, the consolidation of branch capture, deposit and Fed adjustments, processing of OnUs and Fed return items, and support of various automated banking processes. This position also provides customer services to our internet banking customers as well as providing customer service to other bank employees. This position will act as a back up to the department manager and the ability to multi-task under pressure is desirable. When backing up the department manger, this position will take on a variety of additional daily decision making tasks that can impact our customers, employees and other departments. Minimum of three years banking experience required. Qualified applicants will be detail-oriented and able to process transactions accurately within strict deadlines. Must have intermediate computer skills and be able to work independently. 40 hours/week, Monday - Friday 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

  • Coeur d'Alene, ID branch: 33.75 hours/week, Monday - Friday 10:15 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. - POSITION FILLED
  • Airway Heights branch: 36.50 hours/week, Monday, Wednesday 8:45 a.m. - 5:15 p.m.; Thursday, Friday 8:45 a.m. - 6:15 p.m.; Saturday 9:45 a.m. - 2:15 p.m. - POSITION FILLED
