While we are proud of the growth of our bank and our ever-increasing market presence, we remain committed to "personal" banking. We know that to most consumers, banks seem to be the same. We set ourselves apart from the competition by offering the best customer service.

Real human beings answer our phones and direct you to the appropriate officer or employee to help you with your banking needs. Most of our branches offer extended hours and you will be amazed at how quickly our employees start greeting you by name when you walk in the door. Whenever possible, we process our work ourselves, in-house, so that we can control the quality of service that we provide you and resolve problems more easily should they occur.


Convenience is Important

While we enjoy seeing you in our branches, and often visit our commercial customers at their places of business, we understand that it is often more convenient for you to conduct your banking business remotely. We have implemented a number of ways to access your accounts online or through various payment and electronic transfer products.

In addition, your deposit and loan accounts are available to you through the internet, as is transaction and statement information for your Inland Northwest Bank Visa® or MasterCard® credit card; and, if you aren't able to order checks while visiting one of our branches, we provide a link to Harland Clarke for online check ordering.
