Spring! What a great time to clean out from the winter’s “nesting.” One thing there’s plenty of around my house is paper, and during tax season it seems to multiply at an even faster pace than usual. The tricky thing about some of these tax documents is how to get rid of them safely. It can take a lot of time using a home shredder. That’s why we offer our customers and anyone in the community an opportunity to let someone else do the shredding during our shred event.
This spring’s INB Shred Event will be held on St. Patrick’s Day. Very appropriate since it’s a day everyone is wearing their green! And now we can be “green,” too, by recycling through shredding.
Please join us for this free event.
Thursday, March 17th
3150 W. Wabash Ave.
11 – 1 pm
Limit 5 bags or boxes
While the event is absolutely free, INB staff will be on hand to collect monetary donations to the Central Illinois Food Bank’s Kids Café. The Café is extra special to us as we collect funds to purchase food to assure the kids of Brandon Court don’t go hungry over Spring Break. Many of these students rely on the district for breakfast and lunch, and when the schools are closed, it’s often difficult for their families to provide for them.
I hope to see you St. Patrick’s Day. I’ll be in the parking lot of our Wabash location . . . wearing my green!
