Brienne at the radio stationOur Bloomington staff members had a busy first week in their new location. Branch Manager Brienne Rudesill says, “We celebrated each new customer experience because it was the first at the branch.” The staff not only opened the first business account from the new location, but Brienne had another first: she was interviewed by Tom Davis from the Cities 92.9 morning show.

Universal Banker Dustin Hodges says the week was good for him, “… because we all worked together as a team. Everyone worked together and helped each other out as we learned the new opening and closing routines. It really went smoothly.”

Dustin had a shout-out to Nadine Mackenzie, the bank’s trainer. “It was a good opening week because Nadine prepared us well. It really made a huge difference having someone with her experience and skill here to get us ready for the opening week.”

Commercial Lender Chris Thoennes (NMLS#1591984) says the first week was great, largely because everyone was able to hit the ground running when the doors opened for business. “A lot of people/teams were obviously involved in project, and their work ensured that our move to the new branch had a minimal impact on ‘business as usual.’ We’ve already had multiple clients in the branch for meetings and closings, and we’ve received an overwhelmingly positive response from everyone who’s visited.”

As usual, an INB team effort.
