Whether it’s a first house, vacation home, upgrade, or a retirement retreat, Natalie Dodson finds it exciting to help individuals and families begin new stages in life as a Mortgage Lender for INB.

“Each home purchase has its own story and is happy and exciting in its own way. And I get to be part of it!” she says.

Born in Hillsboro, Natalie moved to Springfield in 8^th grade and graduated from Springfield High School, as part of a class she describes as “bright people who have gone on to do amazing things.” After high school, she took a position at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, particularly drawn to the opportunity to pursue higher education with tuition reimbursement.

Once she was done with college, Natalie wanted to try something new, so she obtained her Series 6, 63 and Life and Health licenses and became a financial advisor. Although she enjoyed that job – and still appreciates her deep understanding of how the market works – she ultimately missed mortgage lending. “So when I was approached in 2010 to come back, I decided to make the move. I’ve been a lender ever since and love every second of it,” she shares.

Natalie enjoys all aspects of finance, from saving money to investing, and says that even if given the option, she wouldn’t change a thing about her career or her decision to work at INB.

“The people I meet have always been my favorite part of my career,” she says. “My favorite thing about INB is that we are so strong in what we do that I can confidently offer my clients the best service.”

Outside of work, Natalie takes any opportunity she can to hang out with her husband, son and daughter. She loves to be at home but also enjoys traveling, camping and boating as a family.
