CONSUMER LOAN OFFICER

Inland Northwest Bank is searching for a Consumer Loan Officer to lead, direct, control & plan consumer lending activities of the Bank by making & administering a portfolio of profitable consumer loans which meet lending requirements & maintain an acceptable level of risk. Responsibilities include interviewing customers, checking credit, evaluating risk, granting loans, communicating terms, ensuring complete documentation & disclosure, collecting & reporting delinquent loans, & providing training, support & assistance to branches. Thorough knowledge of consumer lending regulations, underwriting, & processing required. Business math & financial analysis skills required.

MORTGAGE LOAN OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR

INB is searching for an experienced Mortgage Loan Operations Supervisor, who will be responsible for managing the work flow of the mortgage loan processing team, including processing, pipeline management, rate lock policy enforcement, funding, customer satisfaction, turnaround time, and compliance with policies and procedures. This position will supervise the mortgage processing team, and is responsible for the development, communication, and evaluation of staff. Three or more years experience in mortgage lending environment required. Must have thorough understanding of mortgage lending, processing, funding, and underwriting procedures, regulations, and policies. Must be knowledgeable of principles and practices of FHA, VA, and conventional underwriting, guidelines, and federal regulatory compliance. Full-time exempt position, located at our Downtown Spokane mortgage office.

MORTGAGE LOAN PROCESSOR/CLOSER

This position will work as part of the mortgage team to process, close, and fund loan packages. Responsible for processing loan documents efficiently, submitting loan packages to underwriting, preparing instructions for attorneys, ensuring collection of fees, responding to customer inquiries, and providing administrative assistance to the Mortgage Department Manager. High school diploma or equivalent & one year experience in a mortgage department required. Mortgage loan processing & closing experience required. Full-time position, located at our Downtown Spokane mortgage office.

PERSONAL BANKER

INB's Coeur d'Alene branch is searching for an outgoing person with a dedication to providing exceptional customer service. This position is responsible for processing a wide variety of bank transactions in person and via telephone. Responsible for answering customer inquiries, assessing customer needs, explaining bank programs, opening accounts, cross-selling services, & referring customers for further service. Qualified candidates will have strong time management, organizational, & sales skills, along with basic knowledge of accounting and/or bookkeeping. Previous customer service experience required. 37.50 hours/week, Monday - Friday 8:45 a.m. - 5:15 p.m.

PERSONAL BANKER

INB's Post Falls branch is searching for an outgoing person with a dedication to providing exceptional customer service. This position is responsible for processing a wide variety of bank transactions in person and via telephone. Responsible for answering customer inquiries, assessing customer needs, explaining bank programs, opening accounts, cross-selling services, & referring customers for further service. Qualified candidates will have strong time management, organizational, & sales skills, along with basic knowledge of accounting and/or bookkeeping. Previous customer service experience required. 36.00 hours/week, Monday - Thursday 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.; Friday 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

TELLERS

INB is searching for outgoing, detail-oriented Teller candidates. Responsibilities include: processing a variety of in-person customer transactions, answering customer inquiries, assessing customer needs, ensuring that related internal balancing, processing and security procedures are completed. Also expected to develop skills in explaining Bank products, opening accounts, and referring customers for further service. Must allow for flexible scheduling to meet customer needs on weekends, evenings, and peak periods. Customer service and cash-handling skills required. Previous teller experience preferred but not required.

Teller - Airway Heights Branch: 30.00 hours/week: Monday - Wednesday 8:45 a.m. - 6:15 p.m.; Saturday 9:45 a.m. - 2:15 p.m.

Teller - Coeur d'Alene, Idaho Branch: 30.00 hours/week: Monday - Friday 11:15 a.m. - 6:15 p.m. - POSITION FILLED

Teller - Hayden, Idaho Branch: 36.00 hours/week: Monday 8:45 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.; Tuesday - Thursday 9:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.; Friday 8:45 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. - POSITION FILLED

ASSISTANT CONTROLLER

INB is searching for an experienced accounting professional to serve as our Assistant Controller. This position reports to the Controller and is an integral part of the accounting department. MUST HAVE thorough knowledge of general ledger accounting and financial reporting (balance sheet and income statement), be proficient in advanced applications of Excel spreadsheets and Word, and have knowledge of GAAP as applied to banking. Must be able to work and problem solve independently. BA in Accounting or Finance with previous accounting experience in a banking environment is preferred. This position is located at our Downtown Spokane administration office. - POSITION FILLED
