OPERATIONS SUPPORT SPECIALIST
The primary purpose of this position is to assist the Deposit Operations Manager in supporting the effectiveness of overall bank operations. In accordance with prescribed methods of operating policies and established practice, this position provides troubleshooting expertise for a wide range of bank operations and customer relations issues, monitors system controls. Duties include: Perform BSA enhanced due diligence through daily monitoring of various customer transaction reports; Monitor debit/ATM fraud alerts and take appropriate action; Assist with administering deposit compliance procedures; Maintain the administration of the debit and ATM card programs; Address Regulation E disputes and adjustments for the bank's customers; Provide back-up assistance for 945 withholding payment processing; Review the disposition of the overdraft protection program, which will include calls to the customer, sending letters and collection efforts; Assist with file maintenance for tracking and verification of new account documents; Assist in creating and maintaining various operations procedure manuals; Review branch monthly certifications for completion and accuracy; Review general ledger tickets for completion; Process and verify wires; Assist branches in finding offages; Answer multi-line phone system, with calls coming in for all departments located in the Paulsen building; Answer general operations questions. High school diploma or general education degree (GED) plus one or more years of experience in a financial or related environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Basic computer skills required, including experience with Excel and Word and the internet. Ability to process transactions accurately, excellent interpersonal skills, and a cooperative, positive, professional attitude required. 35.00 hours/week. Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
DATA PROCESSING SPECIALIST II
This position is responsible for assuring the timely posting of cash letters, the consolidation of branch capture, deposit and Fed adjustments, processing of OnUs and Fed return items, and support of various automated banking processes. This position also provides customer services to our Internet banking customers as well as providing customer service to other bank employees. This position will act as a back up to the department manager and the ability to multi-task under pressure is desirable. When backing up the department manger, this position will take on a variety of additional daily decision making tasks that can impact our customers, employees and other departments. Qualified applicants will posses a high school diploma or GED and a minimum of three years of banking experience, along with intermediate computer skills. Must be able to operate a 10-key by touch and process transactions accurately and within strict deadlines.
TELLERS
INB is often searching for outgoing, detail-oriented Teller candidates. Teller positions are responsible for building & maintaining strong customer relations by processing a variety of bank transactions, both in person & via telephone. Excellent customer service skills required. Previous teller experience preferred but not required.
